Tryouts/Assessments 2009 – U14 C1 Girls Team

On February 22^nd and March 1^st Jake Smothers and Nathan Reopelle, two very experienced and neutral coaches out of the metro area (Spring Lake Park High School, St. Croix Soccer Club, Centennial Soccer Club) conducted tryouts/assessments with our U13 and U14 girls in order to find the top players for our U14 C1 team. A total of 29 players participated in the process during the two evenings.

After registration the players did a dynamic warm-up and were then broken up into groups and played 1v1, 2v1, 2v2, 4v4 on the first night, and 4v4, 7v7 on the second night.

Both coaches thank all players for their participation. They also stated that they were very pleased by the commitment, the positive attitude, and the skill level shown.
