The goals for the North
Branch Soccer Traveling Program are as follow:
Teams
and Players
- To exhibit good
sportsmanship at all times.
- To strive to compete at a
competitive level throughout the season.
- To achieve 50%+
participation in the end of the season tournaments
(districts u9/u10 Jamboree)
Coaches
- To create a safe
environment for participants/players.
- To provide a positive role
model for players, to include but not be limited to respect
of others, sportsmanship, and integrity.
- To provide instruction to
the best of their abilities.
Board
Goals
- To support coaches and
teams to the utmost of our abilities.
- To provide training
opportunities for coaches and teams.
- To develop a competitive
program in a safe and fun atmosphere.
- To promote and strengthen
the program in a positive manner.
- To resolve issues in a
timely fashion.
