Welcome to the North Branch Area
Youth Soccer Association (NBAYSA) Website! The North Branch
Youth Area Soccer Association promotes the game of soccer for
all youth in the North Branch area. We promote the importance
of education, self-esteem, diversity, and teamwork in a safe,
fun environment - allowing players to develop to their fullest
potential in soccer and in life. NBAYSA is Non-Profit and a
member of the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association.
NBAYSA is overseen by a
Board of Directors. All of the directors are volunteers. In
general, the directors oversee the organization of the club,
assure that teams are structured and paperwork is completed in
accordance with Minnesota Youth Soccer Association rules, keep
the fields in good shape, and organize and coordinate the
teams and assure they have the uniforms and equipment they
need. Would you like to get involved? We are looking for
directors,
referees,
and
coaches.
Teams are organized
into two groups:
micro and
traveling.
These groups differ in age requirements and commitment. In
general, younger less-experienced players begin in micro
soccer. Traveling soccer is more competitive;
however, traveling soccer requires more commitment and travel.
